What data we process

To manage your booking we process: name, WhatsApp number, email, travel route, travel date and payment data processed by our payment gateway when online payment exists (Guagualine does not store card numbers). To improve the service we log route searches on the site in aggregate form.

How we use it

Exclusively to operate your booking (confirmation, ticket, reminders and support), comply with legal obligations and improve route coverage. We do not sell your data or share it beyond what is strictly necessary: the transport company may receive your name and the minimum details needed to provide the trip.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by messaging us on WhatsApp or through the site contact form. We keep booking data for as long as Dominican tax and invoicing obligations require.

Cookies and analytics

Our own telemetry records page visits and route searches to improve the service. When following links to external services, their use of data is also governed by their own privacy policies. You can ask how your data is used through Guagualine's support channels.
