Does the Guagualine concierge include bus tickets?
It is the other way round: the ticket includes the concierge. The ticket is paid when you book, with a full refund if we cannot get your ticket, and we do not charge you for the concierge.
Does Guagualine call me or is it chat only?
Chat only, and on purpose. On WhatsApp we can send you the exact location of a stop, a photo of the bus or a Google Maps link, and you keep it in writing for the day you travel. A phone call leaves nothing behind, and at 6 in the morning looking for a stop with no sign, what helps is what you can open on your phone.
Does Guagualine refund the 10 dollars of extended assistance?
Yes. If you pay for extended assistance and we sort nothing out for you, tell us on the same WhatsApp and we send it back by PayPal, usually within 48 hours. No forms and nothing to justify.
What languages does Guagualine work in?
The 3 languages of the site: Spanish, English and French. A person answers you in your own language.
How fast does Guagualine reply?
Same day, and usually within 2 hours during Dominican hours. We are a small team and a person answers, so sometimes we take a while, but we do answer.
