Tell us the trip and we ask local transport companies for a price for that route, then send you the best one we get. The quote is free and commits you to nothing.
Does Guagualine pick up at the hotel or at the airport?
Yes, the service is door to door. We pick you up at your hotel, at the airport, at an apartment or wherever you are, and drop you at the door of your destination. If you are flying in, tell us the flight number when you ask for the quote and we pass it to the driver.
How many people fit in Guagualine private transport?
From a single traveller to large groups. Depending on how many you are and how much luggage you carry we send a car, a van or a minibus. That is why we ask for the exact number before giving you a price.
Is the Guagualine private price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Whether two or seven of you travel within the vehicle capacity, the price is the same, so the more of you there are the less each one pays. Past a certain number of passengers it stops paying off to buy a ticket each, and that number depends on the route. Our bus, taxi and private transfer comparison has it route by route.
How far in advance should I ask Guagualine for a private ride?
The sooner the better, but with 24 or 48 hours we can usually arrange it without trouble. For departures at dawn, public holidays or large groups it is worth giving us more days, because fewer vehicles are available.
Does Guagualine own the vehicle or does another company?
A local transport company provides it. Guagualine is not a transport company: we arrange the service, negotiate the price, give it to you closed before you pay and answer for it if anything goes wrong. We would rather say so plainly than pretend to own a fleet we do not have.
Can I pay Guagualine for the private ride by card?
Yes. When you accept the quote we send you a payment link for card or PayPal, with no account needed. Until then you pay nothing.
Is the Guagualine concierge included with private transport?
Yes. If you book any service with us you get a person from Guagualine in your WhatsApp until the day of your trip, for whatever you need about getting around, where to stay or what to do.
