The official Dominican Republic tourism website, run by the Ministry of Tourism, lists it as Metro Tours and links to the Metro Servicios Turísticos website. Dominican newspaper Acento used the same name in July 2018. The company signs its own website as Metro Servicios Turísticos.

According to its timetable, Metro links Santo Domingo with Santiago, Puerto Plata and Sosúa, and Santiago with Puerto Plata and Sosúa.
Its website also names Juan Dolio, Casa de Campo and Port-au-Prince, but publishes no timetable for them. We do not treat them as confirmed.

Metro has terminals in Santo Domingo, Santiago and Puerto Plata. The Santo Domingo terminal moved in November 2022, according to Listín Diario, and its website still shows the old terminal name in a sidebar.
