Assisted booking
Quick answer
Assisted booking means Guagualine checks availability, manages the ticket or booking number with the carrier and sends a private confirmation. It does not mean Guagualine operates the vehicle.
What it means in practice
- All bookings include the issued ticket, management fee, bus points, Google Maps, instructions and WhatsApp support. You make your own way to the bus. Taxi or Uber rides cost extra, subject to availability.
- Transport, luggage and operational incidents follow the carrier's conditions.
