No guagua enters the airport. From Las Terrenas you ride to the Samana stop (40 min) and take a taxi or Uber from there to the Samana El Catey International Airport terminal. Allow 6 hours between the guagua leaving and your flight time.

When to leave
On top of the guagua time (40 min), add the transfer to the terminal and check-in. For an international flight, leaving 6 hours before departure leaves room for a late bus without running.

The airport is about 40 minutes from Las Terrenas via the Boulevard Turistico, by taxi or a pre-arranged transfer.
